PEACE DATE FALL 2011
This past summer we got aquinted with a lot of local brands during our tour from Amsterdam to Saint Petersburg, of which one is Ukrainian brand Peace Date. And we are backing it a 100%.
Peace Date (PCDT) is a local apparel brand that gives back to the scene: they organize and sponsor events, they have a banging team (watch out for thursday's sequence,) they do tours and it's run by skaters for skaters. Basically they have all the qualities a brand needs, besides good quality products.
And that was exactly what struck me most about Peace Date. Instead of doing what everyone else does, Peace Date do what they want to do. Peace Date does three-quarter sleeve baseball shirts, fanny packs or does a collabo with a local crew. And all of these with clean, stylish and simple designs. Just the way we like them. Although we haven't checked all the fabrics used by Peace Date, the ones we have, we were really happy with.
The new lookbook for Peace Date went online recently and you can check out some of the new gear in the gallerie below. Like the Peace Date x Delta 9 hoody and the PCDT windbreaker. As a little bonus, we also have a little clip of Oleg and Max at the Ukrainian MTV promoting the brand on national television.
